In loving memory of Fleta Catherine Lewis, age 81, of Fourmile, Kentucky passed away Friday December 21, 2012 at the Pineville Community Hospital. Fleta was born January 27, 1931 in Pineville, Kentucky to the late Michael Ovatt and Ella Moody Ovatt Bradley. She was a faithful member of West Pineville Baptist Church and had been a homemaker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Martin Lewis; her son, Darrell Lee Lewis; her step-father whom she loved dearly Ault Bradley; brothers Carl Ovatt, Ault Bradley Jr.; and sister Ruby Turner.

Left to mourn her passing her daughter-in-law, Mollie Louise Lewis of Corbin, KY; her grandchildren, Aaron Lewis of Corbin, KY, Darrell Martin Lewis of Lexington, KY; three sisters, Corrine (Douglas) Bingham of Frankfort, KY, June (Joe) Ward of Pineville, KY, Sonya Fuson of Corbin, KY; brothers, Bobby Bradley of Corbin, KY and Terry (Beth) Bradley of Pineville; sister-in-law, Vivian Ovatt of North Carolina, Shirley Bradley of Calvin, KY; brother-in-law, Clarence Turner Jr., of Fairfield Ohio; a host of nieces, nephews other realitives, friends and neighbors.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday December 24, 2012 at the West Pineville Baptist Church with Rev. Shawn Allen. Pallbearers will be grandson and nephews. Burial will be in the Green Hills Memeorial Garden Cemetery, Middlesboro, KY.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour at 2 p.m. Monday December 24, 2012 at the West Pineville Baptist Church, Wallsend, KY.
