HOSA students learn leadership skills

Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) officers from the Bell County Area Technology Center Attended KLTI Kentucky Leadership Training Institute last week in Louisville. The students were taught leadership skills that will allow them to lead Bell County’s student organization as well as create community activities.

HOSA is an international student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Health Science Education (HSE) Division of ACTE. HOSA’s two-fold mission is to promote career opportunities in the health care industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people.
