LOUISVILLE — Middlesboro Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility nurse Nancy Corkran, LPN, was recently honored by the Kentucky Association of Long Term Care Facilities at its Quality Awards Banquet in Louisville. KAHCF, is the trade association that represents proprietary and non-proprietary long term care facilities throughout the Commonwealth. Over 40 awards were presented at the banquet.

Nancy was named among the Top 10 Nurses during the program, a great testament to her devotion to the nursing profession.

“It is such an honor for Nancy to be recognized for the care and dedication she gives to our facility. It is also a privilege to work beside one of the best in the state caring for long-term facility residents,” stated MN&RF Administrator Melissa Robbins.

“We congratulate Nancy on winning this award,” said KAHCF Board Chair Debra Finnerean. “She is an example of the many outstanding caregivers we have working and caring for residents across Kentucky. It is an honor to recognize her for her scare and compassion.”
